Saw some F1's on a Pug 206GTi yesterday and
the sizw was 205/45 ZR16...
Would these fit my Scoob - the OE Porenza's
are 205/50 R16...
Are the Pug tyres lower Profile?

IMHO
Yes they are a lower profile the '45' refers to the profile of the tyre, i believe that it equates to 45% of the width of the tyre.
they may well fit althought it affect your speedo as it is a smaller/reduced rolling radius. i am not sure if they be of any benefit grip wise.
I have F1's on my Scoob and thety are much better than the S01's fitted as standard
better in the dry and much better in the wet. It is a personal choice although i really rate 'em
