Problems fitting Std 4-pots
#1
Bought a set of standard 4-pots for my 95 turbo and am having problems fitting them. They seem to bolt straight on and fit under my 16" wheel upgrade but pipes are causing the problem.
My 2-pots have a banjo attached to the caliper which does not appear to be there on the 4-pots. Also the pipes are about 1" too short. Am I doing something wrong.
Can anyone help ?
Thanks
Marcus

I've done the same thing twice, first time to a MY96 which should be the same as yours. The banjo should be attached to the end of the flexible pipe - just remove the bolt holding it to the caliper. The banjo then goes straight onto the 4pot caliper. The only small difference in the calipers is that the 2pot has 2 small lugs to locate the banjo and stop it turning as you tighten the centre bolt. The 4pot doesn't so you have to hold the banjo whilst tightening. The pipes are the same length - are you sure you are putting the calipers on the right side (ie with the bleed screws at the top?
Good luck

Thanks Graham. Re-tried with success. The garage were trying to fit them upside down !!!
They must have had "SUBARU" printed back to front and still didn't realise.
