Question

Hi all
A quick question for all you gpa Brembo users out there.
How the hell do you put up with the rattling discs?
I was told when I bought the kit (secondhand) that it was ok to bolt the disc's solid and only let them float when doing a track day.
The problem is that when I had them bolted up I felt as though I didn't want to use them too hard in case I got them too hot, should I worry about that, or will I never get them too hot on the road and therefore bolt them up?
I live in a rural area so the roads aren't that great so the rattling is driving me mad!
HELP!
Ron

If they are floaters, they should have some springs. The bobbins/bolts should never lock the disc onto the bell.. there is about half a mill' gap..

The springs prevent the rattle.. but still allow them to "float"

Question

Hi Firefox
No little springs, just rattly brakes!
Maybe I should ask Pete at SS.
