Replace pads and discs??
#1
I need to replace the front discs on my 98UK turbo after the recent Knockhill track day.
Should i replace the pads at the same time or will i be OK with the existing pads (3k miles)

Jon,
Retaining the old pads is fine, so long as you make sure the pad surfaces are flat, and level. A flat bed, and some course emery will do the job.
If you don't do this, any imperfections will be transferred to the new disks, and if the pads have worn unevenly, braking will be very poor.
