Replacement Discs for MY97

My OEM MY97 Front discs have started to get little cracks on them......Time for replacement me thinks. Can anyone recommend an aftermarket set of discs and pads that I can use with the original calipers, but will give me extra brake performance (e.g. grooved or drilled). I'm also thinking of getting braided hoses fitted and the MRT brake bracket, is this a good idea?

I have just fitted Bremsport grooved discs - £106 for the pair. I run with standard (4-pot) calipers and Mintex pads. Stopping power with new discs hurts! Awesome!
Brake bracket is worth it - mixed opinion about hoses. Best thing to do is replace one thing at a time, feel what works, and appreciate each mod for what it is.
