rear disc upgrade

with all this talk on discs and pads it got me looking at mine I have a 93 wrx import and the rear discs look well worn what do all you lot suggest for me to upgrade to pads and discs also approx price and stockist Im not looking for something that is going to take all day to warm up as I use the car for local comutor runs thanks
