Default Strange noise

I am getting a dull humming sound from the back of the car. I thought it might be my wheel bearings but I am not sure how to check. My pads are a bit worn but not too extreme. Can anyone give me some advice. I don't want to buy bearings just for trial and error.

Cheers

Sounds like the wheel bearing to me mate .Disconnect your engine when moving to see if its still making a noise to see if it aint zorst I had to replace my wheel bearing recently cause i got the same kinda humming your talking about and it wasnt cheap as it had seized at the back which was a nightmare to get off, plus i had to get the wheel bearing and bushes from subaru which didnt help

It was 219 quid for wheel bearing, bushes (which was from subaru) and labour, this was including the guys discount i got cause i knew him.If it is your wheel bearing m8 yours might be cheaper though as mine had seized and it was still the original parts on the car, and so they had a bit of bother getting it off.
