Unhappy Tyre wear

Had 4 Toyo Proxes put onto car at same time last year. Have noticed that there is much more wear on the rear tyres than the front. The fronts have plenty of tread left while the rears aren't too far away from needing replaced. Is this common, I'd have thought that the fronts would wear before the rears. Anyone know what would cause this? Car is MY95 WRX.

Thanks.

Edited out as didn't read your post carefully

Well that's reassuring to know...well I either swap over as you suggested sipie and get 4 new when the others worn, or get 2 new for the rears. Thinking of changing brand of tyre though so may just wait and get all 4 done later...thanks for the info.

Certainly with the UK cars and dealers they should swap them at every service interval. I do my own every now and again anyway to make tyre wear is even.
