from discussion with Mike Wood at Prodrive UK about the GC_10e (similar to P-WRC1/P1 wheel, but better), it is unlikely that they will be made available through Prodrive over here due to cost. However, he did say that the forged alloys could be sourced via a Subaru main dealer. i will confirm this when i get a moment, but any interested parties would be looking at approximately £330 - £350 per rim.

Kev

ps.. GC_10e

They look sweet!!

If I had the money, I'd be having some... I dont, so I'll stick to my P1's!!

Cheers,

Prices on the GC_05F are:

17x7.5J: Y63,000 (Japanese Yen) / £325.09
18x7.5J: Y69,300 (Japanese Yen) / £357.60

Beechdale Subaru in Derby are currently checking to see if they can source them via Subaru UK.

oh yes, not cheap! and.. Beechdale Subaru have just got back to me - Subaru UK weren't very forthcoming about sourcing the wheels. so the options are:

1. go direct to Subaru Japan (anyone speak Japanese? )
2. go via an American supplier (cheapest I've found) or Prodrive USA

of course you then need to look at import duty - which from the Customs and Excise site appears to be 3%. although i have heard that this is on a sliding scale and increases for items valued at over £1500

i do have a Japanese contact here in Nottingham - i will speak to him next.

spoke to Adam at Z1 Auto in the US. they will now be stocking this wheel (initially thought not) at a similar price to the GC_10e. Current price for the 10e is $575 (£316.25) / wheel. should be taking stock in 8 - 12 weeks!
