Not a brake expert so tapping into the knowledge of you guys...
2 Q's
1/ what are the best allround pads for the brembo's 1's that will last still work well for road use... err and not cost the earth?
2/also what are the options for new disks when ready, would like some drilled or grooved, but again don't want to pay stupid prices.
I'm not a heavy brake user, so generaly I'm easy on the brakes. 18k so far and i think thier holding up well!
Thanks

depends what you are gauging your costs against.........if you use the Subaru O.E. pad (at around £200+) then everything is cheap!!!!!!
we have O.E. pads available for less than £100!!
after that its down to what you wish to achieve..........

dazza,
i've had my pads replaced as part of 20k service. 200 + fitting.
they dropped the fitting when i complained at their geom ability.
anyway ... you're right, go for non-dealer fitting.
email me for anything standard seeing as i'm about 5-10k ahead of you and am making the mistakes you can benefit from
- mark.
