Unhappy

Had a bit of an incident in the ice yesterday with a kerb .

One of my prodrive glod alloys is now scuffed about half way round the rim. What options do I have? will a wheel refurb company be able to match the gold & repaint the rim? Or will the whole wheel have to be done again, if so can I get hold of the prodrive transfer that is on one of the spokes?

Any help much appreciated.

Gutted

Wink

You shuld be able to have the rim filled, sanded and resprayed without having the centre of the wheel touched.
May not be an exact match but if you only spray the rim, then the change in angle (where the rim and curve of the wheel meet) will hide any colour difference.

Depends how bad it is. I've just scuffed one of my Gold Subaru Wheels luckily the metal was hardly touched. Bought a touch up kit for a VW in Gold from Halfords and the colour is a perfect match. Worth a try if its not too bad.
