Anyone aware of a flushing solution to clean out the brake system or is it OK just to pump new fluid through the lines. Just that im replacing fluid with DOT 5.1 and dont want to contaminate the lines.

Just pump new fluid through, the trouble is, if you drain it, then you're putting a lot of air into the system that then needs to be got out, but if you pump new through, you should see the colour change in the jar of 'old' fluid you use.
