How much difference does tyre pressures make when rolling roading?

When on the rollers for a power graph will the tyre pressures make any difference to the outcome?

yes.

higher pressure = smaller footprint = lower friction.

But the software may account for this by incorporating differences in the friction when attempting to calculate the power at the flywheel from the power at the wheels.
