Fit them yourself, it is extreemly easy. I was a little worried about doing it, but gave it a go. Have done it twice now, first time took about 2 hours, 2nd time about 1 hour. Really is very simple and will save you some money.
Take a look at this, it give you an idea of what is required - http://www.scoobymods.com/forums/showthread.php?s=c6c7e470ee8bdeb1cc837d8edd4fa3b5& threadid=349
I have not had chance to really push the pads yet, but the OEM stuff faded on me a couple of times in the past so was keen to try something else.

replaced my OE pads for green stuff 2 weeks ago, really really easy. The only tools you need are a couple of large screw drivers to force the caliper pistons out. It took me longer to jack the car up and take the wheel off than fitting the pads.

They seem good so far, not really given them a full work out yet. They seem to bite better than the OE stuff. Put it this way they are definetly not worse than OE, and at £81 they are a cheaper. Makesure you get the newer formula , especially if you go for the reds (reds you want V3, al of people try to sell you old V2's they have in stock and greens you want V4). A lot of people told me to go for mintex 1144 but i heard they squeel and i hate that.
There are some review a bit later on in this thread:-

I couldn't justify the £135 for ferrodo's when i only use the car on the road.
