I am driving a 96 WRX with upgraded Subaru 4 pots and have now 2 times in a short period warped my front discs without any outrageous braking.
I am using Axis discs and Endless NA-S pads which work between 70 and 450 degrees celcius so what's the problem? pads too strong or discs too soft?
Should I use softer pads which maybe fade earlier but leave the discs intact or better try to find harder discs, any suggestions for makes/types?
Plsd to hear/Tnks.

But are they REALLY warped? Have you had 'em checked for run out on a dial test indicator?
I would be inclined to suspect bad pad deposits as the culprit.

BTW: if you have had 'em checked, I apologise in advance.

Can't think of the mechanical reason right now but I think once you have had warped discs once, you are much more prone to them warping again in the future.

Wasn't there a massive debate on whether any discs actually ever get warped ? and not pad deposites etc.. ?
