I just bought my first scoob, 01wrx very nice im happy but when it comes to stopping, it just aint happening, i have to push very hard and although it handles well, when coming to cornering im a bit sceptical cos i just cant stop in time.
So question is, will pads help this? better? good ?? pads? i dont know what is on it right now, i presume standard sub issue.
Can people suggest what to do now? if pads wont do it then what will? and a rough idea of cost? if pads will help what type? and where can i mail order them
thanks for ur time

Change the pads for Ferodo DS2500's, the brake fluid to Silkolene pro-sport and the hoses to stainless steel braided.
It would be a good idea to replace the discs too as the uprated pads could overheat the discs as they will withstand higher temps than the OEM pads that the discs were designed for. I can recommend Godspeed discs and his kit is £590ish but is for oversize discs, pads and spacers to make the calipers suit the larger discs. This kit will withstand quite harsh track use.

thanks
