what offset were your 8x18's? think im going for these with a wider 225 tyre. and put up with a bit of rubbing

Question

what size and offset and tyre size in recommended for a classic shape?

18x8 or 18x7?

48? 45? 50?

215/35/18 or 225/35/18?

I run a set of these on my P1 fella
They are et45's
7jx18 with 215/35/18
Originally i had 8x18 with the same size tyre, dont ask me why but thats how they turned up. They started to rub on the back end a bit though when fully loaded.. Moved down to 7j's and they been fine ever since.

I honestly dont remember sorry mate. I think they might have been the same. Any good Wheel suppliers should know this and give you some advice on which would be best.
