Mixng may cause a few handling problems as stated above the goodyears are much, much better in the wet anyway , also if your old tyres left on the car are well worn you may knacker the diffs as the rolling radius of a new tyre will be different to a worn tyre.
shop around although the price does look good and check it is for the d2 or d3 model, last time i bought 16" goodyear GSd2's (before the D3's came out) i paid £ 88.00 fitted all inclusive. Toyos should be around a tenner maybe fifteen squids cheaper per corner.

I phoned a tyre dealer yesterday because I front Pirellis are getting ropey.
firstly he pointed out that I have assimetric fronts and that directionals would be better.
Then he suggested goodyears and kept edging me towards them saying it woul;d be ok mixed with Pirelli assimetric rears and directional goodyear fronts, kept on saying most scoob tyre sales from him are goodyears.]
then he quoted 70+VAT each and a tenner delivery for both.
questions:
are goodyears "good"?
is the price good?
can I mix the fronts and rears for now until I need new rears and then get Goodyears all round?

Mixing your fronts & rears will simply make one end of the car lose grip before the other ... fine once you are used to it but personally I always match the 4.
That's a good price though and as long as they are Goodyear F1 GSD3's then I'd bite his hand off
