Offset advise Please!
#1
Hi
I was wondering if there is any way of finding out the offset on a set of wheels, I have an 97 VX Omega with 17" Wolfrace icon alloys and i want to fit them on my scooby but I am not sure of the offset of the wheels or the offet I need for the scooby, I have had a look on the wheels but I can't find anything, the is one part that says "ET" but no number after,
Any idea's?
Thanks

You need to take a measurment from the centre line of the wheel to the mounting face, ie the distance between the two, this is the offset.
I realy dont think there is much chance of the Vauxhall wheels fiting any rate, IIRC the PCD (bolt circle) on Vaux wheels are 110 where as the Impreza uses 100 PCD, OR vice versa!
The offset used is normaly between 48 and 52mm or there abouts.
