Guys please help,

On the way to work this morning I kerbed the gf's 2 month old legacy getting out of the way of a cop car on the way to an accident. Now I need to get the dent on the rim repaired!!! The cost for a new rin is £285, does anybody know of a referbishment place in Aylesbury / Leighton Buzzard area or a bit further afield.

a very shaky Simon

Try Pristine in Milton Keynes 01908 282628. I've used them several times before. Last wheels they did for me were £71.00+VAT each

I spoke with the representative from ChipAways in Leighton Buzzard on Saturday. The damage to my wheel is only minor and he was talking about it costing £65 to repair. I started another thread
here to find out about replacement logos.

His name is Nigel Green, tel: 01582 517772 and covers the LU7 7-9 postal areas.

What size rims? It shouldn't be more than £50 each for 17".

A lot of the wheel and tyre dealers will have your wheels picked up by either Pristine or Spit & Polish (Kent). Usually takes around 2 days. Both places do good work.

Cheers Guys, she's over ruled me and we're going to the Leighton 1 if we can. I still can't believe I did it. Mind its still gonna be cheaper than a new rim.

Doesn't look to bad now, I'll hopefully post pics of before and after in a few days.
