as above changing from sh1ty 2 pots to some scooby 4 pots off the later model... What do I need to do ? is it a simple straight swap 2 pots off 4 pots on, or are the mounting brakets different & discs ??
Can anyone help me before I run in to the back of a lorry ??
Cheers

As far as I know they are a direct replacement, they mount on to the same mounting points and the discs should go straight on no problem. If you are replacing the brakes it is worth considering putting braided hoses aswell.

Yeah you can do this - I was quoted about £350 for some from grade A (http://www.gradea-subaru.co.uk/) - BUT the only prob is , the 4 pots are still not great, I hummed and hawwed about this - in the end spent £1200 getting a 310mm 4 pot setup (largest to go in std 16" wheels). I figured there was no point doing half a job....
