Unhappy

Yes, while parking up outside Impreziv motorsport yesterday my 4 week old rim said hello to Mr. Curb.

Just a gentle scuff, but enough to catch the edge of the rim and make it all flakey and horrible. I nearly cried...

Now I need a refurb... I asked ScoobySport and RRR if they could direct me to a place and they both highly recommended different places, local to me (Basildon, Essex). BUT, having a memory like a SEIVE! (sp?) I can't remember what either one was called...

AAARRGGHH! Somebody help...

Please.......................... :-|

OUCH mate!
I've used spit and polish:
http://www.spitandpolish.co.uk/
and they did a good job on my wheels a few months back and at a reasonable price too! Not sure if they can help with your "bling bling" wheels but give them a ring

Hope this helps

Ouch indeed...!! As it happens you've jogged my memory.

Spit&Polish recommended by ScoobySport - Paul said they should be OK with the chrome finish, which was good to hear.
Likewise Dal at RRR recommended Rochford Tyres.

I shall give them both a bell... Cheers mate

Hope ya get it sorted mate

Where abouts are Spit&Polish based, and can they do a 'while you wait' service...??

My car don't have stealth mode at all... she screams and shouts everywhere... And I can't have missed you cos you're a P1 and they tend to stand out a bit...!

You going to the Southend meet next Saturday. Meet 7pm at Mayflower Tesco's and drive to front at about 7.30ish... Usually a good laugh!!

Spit and Polish are in Tonbridge Kent mate just over the bridge. Not sure if they do a while you wait service as I left my wheels with them for a week (I had a spare set )
Catch ya about

I've still got my old 17s for now, but the tyres are bald...!! So if they don't do while you wait I'll have a slight problem...!!

I wouldn't run on the space saver... the car'd be all wonky... how big (or small) is it... I've got 18s...! Plus I couldn't go out in public with THAT on with me chromes

I'll wait with the car and sleep in the back overnight or something

I'm a TART!

LOL... Quality - southend Nova Boy mod!!

Just checked the spit and polish website and they're an official BK Racing supplier. Quite handy as my wheels are BK 238's, so they should be able to get a decent match on the chrome finish

It's not too bad - infact at the Brighton cruise last night the only people who noticed it were the ones my mate pointed it out to... Cheers pal! I had to be b1tchy and remind him of the fact that's that what the entire drivers side of his GT4 looks like (drunk driver used him as a brake!)...

So, are you just sitting online ALL DAY then... LOL
