Gents,

Call 0121 306 7002 and ask for Jason or michael if you want to get the about tyres for sensible(ish) money! These tyres grip like spunk to pubic hair, see the latest evo article with the Golf R32 at Rockingham for proof!

Are we talking £100+ per tyre?

I was quoted £130 - 10% net price for 215/45-17's!

You can use them on the road, but boy do they make a lot of noise!

Ive got them on my 200SX, they are truely unbelievable

Excellent tyres and far far superior to Goodyear F1s in terms of grip.

They do give a harsher ride due to the stiffer sidewalls and are a little noisy.

Be warned that theyre not supposed to be too clever in the wet although Ive yet to test the theory.

My 235x40x18s were around £160 a piece.

I really should give them a call to see what they are charging for 235/45/17's and 255/40/17's.

Bren - haven't you got NOS and a rather quick 200sx (mate's got one and keeps telling me)?

I'd not want to be around in your car when it's wet in them then!

Does anyone know how long these last on average?

I'm having mine fitted on the 22nd as they hit my wheels arches at the moment!! I'm not sure how long they'll last and I'll be careful in the wet....should be fun!!

So where did you get them Dom?

Have to tell me how long they take to wear in and how long they last - new set of toyo's are on now and it won't take me long to get through them, so I might look to try these.

I brought mine nearly new from this web site, they had been used on a VW race car which only managed a few laps before the engine let go!!

They are 215/45 -17 and due to the stiffer side walls and flatter surface they catch on the wheel arches, so it's off to Power Station for a set of height adjustable coilovers with all the trimmings and the bumpsteer so no more understeer!!!

I'll let you know how well they wear!
