...my brakes are not well (standard MY02 STI7). After applying the handbrake (don't worry, I *didn't* do that at the track!) at junctions and then moving off, I've noticed an intermittent squeek which sounds like the pad catching the disk. A quick dab on the brake pedal seems to get rid of the noise. I don't get any judder braking from speed though (thinking it could be warped disks), so I'm a bit stumped?

I was very careful to cool down the brakes at the end of sessions, and I didn't stay out for more than 3-4 laps at a time.

Any ideas?

Doh! I should have read just a few posts further down on this forum - looks like the pads may need replacing?
