Needing recomendations for pads and disc on the front of my Bugeye.
Canni afford a big brake upgrade so dont depress me and tell me to get em. Are Pagid( I think its them) better than the Subaru pads or would I not notice a differance? Any others?

fit pagid discs/fast road pads .they are very good ,far better than standard.i fitted them to my my00 and the difference is amazing.i can feel the abs working under very hard braking now which did not happen with standard set up.(running out of tyre grip now)
bought from midland express, they are the cheapest around.

Fitted Pagid 8 groove disks and rs 4-2 pads on front only. Also fitted braided hoses and dot 5.1 fluid. Diffrence is amazing on my bug eye WRX. Give Midland Impreza a phone competitive prices.

Guys, did anyone of you ever try OMP-ones?

We pay only 32,50!! euro for 4 pads (front,MY99-00)
I had EBC-Greenstuff's earlier, but the OMP's definitely have a better bite, and cost only 1/10th the price of most other alternatives. No joke, these are absolute good brakingpad's!

If interrested,I can give the companyname who sells them.

Go with the Pagid RS4-2.1 pads by all means, but IMO the Pagid discs aren't worth the extra money over the OE parts. If you want a second opinion on this (and a damn good price on the pads too), try John or Lyndon at Performance Braking on 01600 713117

Edited to say: DutchClutch: To be honest, hearing that the OMP pads are better than EBC Greenstuff isn't really saying a lot, as you'll be hard pushed to find something worse than EBC greens

I had EBC,and we know the reputation they have,so comparing to these 'great'brakepad's is easy.

But experiences here learn they match Ferrodo's for example. The compagny which sold them to me told me they come from the same productionline as the Ferrodo's,but also Brembo's do.

These simply are a lot bang for bucks gent's.
