Noticed some vibration under the brake pedal when the car slowly rolled to a halt and eventually within a few hours the A.B.S Warning light came on.
Took the car to subaru in this case an My99 RB5 and they have said one of the abs sensors has packed up at a cost of £205 fitted has anyone had this problem if so can it be repaired elsewhere cheaper?
If i can get a sensor will i be able to fit it myself? Any help at this stage will be appreciated......

Cool

You should be able to fit the sensor yourself, assuming you are happy with DIY car mechanics. I would suggest ringing Grade A and asking if they have any ABS sensors in stock.

Cheers Moray i rung subaru and they say the sensor is about £120 so if i can fit it myself thats £80 i will save straight away.
How does it fit is it just simply plug in or is there more to it?
