Question

hi can anyone tell me if my uk97 impreza turbo facelift is fitted with 2 pot or 4 pot calipers please.

Have a look, if the caliper says subaru then 4 pots are fiited.

i know the type you mean the subaru stamped in middle with a line above and below.i think!cheers matey

Were they available in uk cars before 99 ??

Mines is a uk turbo my98. And only has 2 pots

I don't think so. Perhaps on the Japanese STI/WRX, but AFAIK the 4-pots only appeared standard on the MY99 UK car. Usually, they appear on the Japanese cars first before being introduced over here.
