Turtle Wax Extreme Tyre Gel - rub it into the tyre wall. Great stuff - about £4 in a bright green bottle.

Wonder Wheels tyre and trim. Excellent stuff, lasty's ages, enough in a pack to do all 4 tyres about a hundred times!!

Black shoe polish seems to work very well and is cheap.

I've tried
this since i got my scoob and it brings the tyres up perfect every time.
