Cool

Can anyone identify my rear calipers on my MY99 STI Type-R (2 pots????). I have various diagrams of rear pad shapes but non seem to match.
Can anyone post a pad photo, just so I know the shape.

Cheers,

Craig.

ozzy,

Thanks for the reply. According to my diagrams, your shape pad belongs to a MY2000 onwards caliper??? Clearly wrong. I'm not sure how it corresponds to my Type-R though.

Cheers,

Craig.

Ferodo number is FCP 1372

Ian,

Thanks for the confirmation. I am going to strip down my whole braking system in a few weeks when I've got the bits (and time off work), so I don't want to touch it just yet.
Your reply should hopefully mean me buying the right rear pads anyway.

Cheers,

Craig.

Is that the part number for the DS2500's for the 2 pots?

I'm hoping so, as that's what I want.

what you have there is the std fitment for any typeR.......subaru 2pot 'opposed' caliper.......as stated above FCP1372H is the part no. for Ferodo with the 'H' signifying ds2500 material.......

UK cars have a different set-up to this at this age, as another posted for you........same as P1 though!!
hope this helps,
