Greetings, the last 2 mornings I've noticed that the brake warning light comes on and stays on until I get to work which is a 10 minute, 8 mile run on dual carriageway.

Once at work, and after letting the car stand for a while, the light doesn't come on at all for the rest of the day, nor during the journey home!

I've checked the brake fluid, visibly checked the pads and disks and the handbreak seems solid, any ideas why the light only comes on in the morning? It has been really cold here just lately, at night anyway, would this be a contributary factor? I have the car booked in for an annual service on Monday, so I'll obviously mention it to Subaru and, if they find a fault, as i've only had the car for a month, do you guys and girld think that the parts and labour warranty that I have with the car will cover a break problem?

Thanx in advance.

SKOOSH.
