Here are some photo's of the 325mm rear kit we are working on to use the standard rear calipers , this is the vented disc kit which can't be used with solid type calipers

This is the front of the disc

and this is the rear showing where the handbrake operates on

Question

Looks good Ian. Will there be a kit for solid rear discs?

Also: any pics (Anyone? Please?), of fronts showing how to fit the anti-rattle springs?
thanx,
Alcazar

Ron, why would there be a problem with the handbrake on aluminium? Its not as if they get used for braking whilst driving. Didn't Lotus Elise's come with aluminium brake discs, anyway?

Handbrakes can bind, esp when they get wet, and the aly will corrode, the they'll bind more, so for what it's worth, I don't think it's a brill idea, mind you, for all I know Ian may have put a shiny steel ring inside the bell that doesn't show up in the pics, just my thoughts, I might be totally cuckoo!!!

Question

Does your PC support cookies? Do you have a firewall?
Check that the first is set to yes, and the second allows Scoobysport inside, and you should be OK.

Any reply to the validity of using an aluminium bell for brake shoes?
