Just bought some Pagid 8 Groove Discs for my UK MY97. Problem is they are 294mm which I believe are for 4 Pot Calipers.....mine are the 2 pot ones. I also got a set of Pagid Fast Road Pads (FR-3108) to go with them.

1) Can I just buy new 4 Pot Calipers to go with these discs.
2) Will I need anything else for the 'upgrade'.
3) Will these pads fit the 4 pots?

Thanks for any help.

Terry

PS I bought these new secondhand, so cannot return them for a refund.

You will need braided hoses. You can get them from Scoobymania for about £60 including vat and delivery i think

You dont need the hoses to get the calipers on , the hoses are the same weather you have 2 or 4 pots.

Yeah but i was told it was better to change the hoses when changing the brake setup. Might as well go new all the way

Money is right, get the hoses to.
Pick up scooby 4 pots in the for sale, should be £250-£350....

297 mm disc are indeed for 4 pots. you will probably be lookin at a couple of hundred quid for 4 pot calipers. try a scraper to see if they are breaking an sti as these came with 4 pots. could also try ian godney who does reconditioned calipers.

cheers
