Question

Hey guys
I'm looking for some advice on brakes for my P1. It has the standard setup (i.e 4 pots with SUBARU on the calipers). I was told on my service a few weeks ago that they have 4k max miles life left in them so i need some new ones! The question is what? I want to upgrade them so do I go with the prodrive conversion (therefore not upsetting my warranty) or another kit instead? I am thinking a decent set of 4 pots rather than 6 as i'm not into track days and dont want another mortgage to pay for brakes!

Please can you guys advise/recommend kits for the P1

Thanks
Keith

Thanks Adrian
I saw your thread before I posted nice brakes I must say. Is your mate selling these kits to anyone or was it just a 1 off? If so how much? Did these affect your warranty (if you still have some left!) Also did your car come with those litle splash guards on the front? Do you know where I can get some?

Sorry for all the questions
Keith

From what I gather changing the brakes for another make is only gonna affect the warranty on the brakes.

Either you need a more understanding dealer or you are being mislead

Got them from Scoobymania. Cost roughly £1500 inc fitting but I reckon they are worth it, especially if you like the odd trackday
