Question

Hi all

I've recently upgraded my front calipers and discs/pads (Pagid) and also fitted Goodridge hoses and DOT 5.1 fluid.

Is there any benefit in upgrading any components from the rear brakes, e.g. uprated discs/pads?

Would there be any noticeable difference or would the standard rear setup be OK as I presume its the front brakes that do most of the work anyway?

Cheers

Gavin

Thumbs up

I have a '98 UK car with 320mm discs, and 4 pot Godspeed set-up on the front. I had the braided hoses and DoT 5.1 fluid too, and the rears are standard.
So far, no probs, and I've towed a caravan for 3000 odd miles with it too.
