Falken tyres, anyone tried them?
#2
Got Falken's on mine. No complaints. Seem like good tyre, reasonable grip. Also, very solid side walls - something i found beneficial - drove over nail and got puncture - didn't realise and was driving on completely flat - pressure 0!!! - for 2 days, only realised when cornering - back end was sliding out. Falken side walls stayed firm - not a mark on my precious rims!!

I'd opt for the Toyos Proxes every time now and at £65.80 a corner from www.mytyres.net + fitting from your local dealer (approx. £6) - £72 a new corner is a bargain too!!!

The Falken FK451 tyre is excellent they have a really good wear rating, i do quite a bit of motorway work and they are really good.
Less tyre roar than the Brigestones, a lot of people on here will probably hate them but its horses for courses,Toyo's are not what everybody says they are,i've driven MY01 cars with them on and they are not as good as the Falkens in the wet in particular.
Now the new goodyear F1 is getting rave reviews.
Decisions, Decisions.
