New tyres needed. What and where?

As it says, I need two new tyres 215/60/R16 95H Don't mind buying online or over the phone. The problem is what make ? I believe Toyo's are good but are they available in this size and if not what can you suggest? I want a good wet weather tyre and it's for the Forester but this shouldn't make a difference (should it?)
