Is my Stop Tech Disk disk really warped after 1 month?

Tap tap noise from front right...
Dealer changes hub carrier and stub axle as they said they were bent (I thought I'd have lost a filling if I had bent those and WOULD remember).
This did not fix and then said it was a warped right disk making the pads rattle as it came round and hit them.
Now the disks are a month old 330mm HUGE ventilated Stop Tech items (http://www.stoptech.com/cgi/Products.cgi?index1=category1&search_on1=Big+Brake +Kits&match1=exact&index2=category2&search_on2=Sub aru&match2=exact). I took them to Bedford for their first outing and did their extreme bed in procedure (mega stops 8 times and then a FULL cool down). I then did 3 slow 'settling in' laps but was sent home for making a noise like a Subaru They could not possibly have warped due to this rather light use, could they??
Is it possible the (Pagid Blacks) pads are rattly or dont fit properly?
I guess the bottom line is that I do feel a vibration on fast-road stops and need to chat with the super helpfull Stop Tech guys in Jan.
Ohh woe is me

Yea that little clicking noise drove me nuts until the folks at Stoptech told me to bend the steel retaining clip down. My test now is that if I can move the pad back and forth, the clip is not tight enough. Most folks in the US don't use the Pagid RS421 pads, so it is not a well known glitch. It seems the pads are a wee bit short for the caliper, the Ultimates are said to be a perfect fit.

Yeah, but who in their right mind is gona put the Ultimate pads in after the Pagid's.
Still have been advised to give it a hammerimg to try and get rid of the 'warp' though. 'Uneven pad deposits' on the rotor causing judder when braking from higher speeds. Is yours OK?

I have not had any pad deposits, as yet (knock on wood), but I am kind of paranoid about cooling the brakes before stopping after track sessions or hard driving. Other Stoptech owners who have had deposits have repeated the break-in procedures until the deposits are gone. In the past I have used fine sandpaper to get rid of the pad deposits on the disk and then did the break-in procedure.
FWIW, my experience with the Pagid's is that you have to be more aggressive w/ the break-in procedure than you would w/ the Ultimates. Any you are absolutely right, now that I have experienced the Pagid's I will never go to a lesser/cheaper pad.
