I am planning to get the PPP fitted shortly to MY02 WRX. With this additional power and speed will it be essential for the brakes to be upgraded as well?
The brake upgrades seem a little expensive so if it isn't essential I may give it a miss!
Any advice would be gratefully received.
Thanks

Fitting decent brakes to your Scoob makes a far bigger impact than any power increase ! seriously ! depends on what sort of roads you drive, but, generally this is the case. Like adding 50bhp+ to your car.

Thanks for your advice steveb.
I had heard that once before. Might just spend a bit extra on a pair of seriously large breaks and ditch the PPP idea!
Cheers

from past experience (with various race / rally cars) it DEFINATELY makes more differnce upgrading brakes and suspension as it doesn't matter how fast it goes if the chassis cant cope!!
unless, of course you're playing the traffic lights grand prix?!?

If your brakes fit a classic, I may have your existing 4 pots..

There you go, its making your plan sound sweeter already
