Hi All

Anyone know what the total weight per wheel of the entire ap 4 pot kit is?

Thinking about brake mods and want to keep the weight as low as possible.

Cheers

Simon

First thing i noticed was the improvement in ride quality - seemed to make the front end a little more surefooted too.

I went through 2 sets of discs (warping) in 5k with the oem 4 pots, the APs have lasted 12k and 2 track days and look fine.

This was with 300mm discs as opposed to the 330s

iirc the AP 4 pot calipers are circa 4kg OEM 6kg??

Tuckshop (ScoobyMania) has the correct numbers. And so did I but can't find them! The APs are lighter than has been suggested above.

Cheers Si,

Richard.

Hi Hoppy

The brakes are still going strong, despite a lot of abuse over the last 18 months, nearly time for a new pair of discs though, they have more cracks than the AGM of the WI .LOL

You upgraded to 355mm discs yet?

My mate is waiting for his court date at the moment,he reckons they are trying to do him for dangerous driving as well. Not good
