Need to change front disks as EBC pads have demolished them.

Not sure whether to change to standard Scoob disks and pads or to go for aftermarket products. Am a little broke so don't want to be spending more than standard scoob. Also, most of my driving is motorway so don't need racing setup.

Any suggestions?

IIRC most aftermarket discs are cheaper. The Sub ones are about 120 quid each - so have a shop around!!
