These are Speedline discontinued wheels and I could not find it any where.Can someone help me to find these wheels.

I'm sure they were called Speedline Challenge, and they were discontinued about 2 years ago.
They were mostly used for competition as they were very light weight.
I have 3off 7x17 for an Impreza, but a 4th was smashed. I tried to get a replacement, but there was none that I found in either the UK or Italy.
But as we only use them for competition we mix them as a pair with Speedline Minstrals (which look the same but can be fitted with a centre cap over the wheel nuts)

really thanks for your answer..I asked everyone but noone answered like Speedline company..
I have used these wheels like you but I sold my car now trying to find another set of these wheels but it seems that its impossible
They re really perfect wheels i think..
Now looking for what you said "Minstral"
do you have any pic of these wheels?

Unfortunately the Speedline Minstrals were also discontinued at the same time. So you won't have any luck with those either.
