As they are sold for £130+ at most places I'd say half price. I think that if you can really get that price I want to know how much to buy not fitted, and I'll collect them.
Incidentally what size - are we talking 135's

Seriously interested at that price though, feel a group buy coming on....

Just double checked best price I can get is £103 a piece....

It sounds like I have a very good contact for rubber, but I do need to be a bit careful with details. Let me speak to him to find out if he can do these prices for other people. I'll report back.

Update: rubber due to go on to scooby on Thursday. This will confirm 2 things: -
1) they are the rubber I am expecting (ie there hasn't been some strange mis-understanding and I end up with a set of Kelly remoulds!).
2) the price is as quoted (so should be £251.44).

Fingers crossed - luverly jubberly.

Best (OK, only) quote I've had is £81 each all in for 205/50/16 from a usually excellent source... If yours is a real price, then it's one heck of a good one.

Job done. Not quite £62.86 but still quite a bit under £70 a corner all in for the D3's. They originally quoted for the older model I think - hence the price ****-up.

Now for the low-down.

Let's just say that the company I work for does a lot of (and I mean a lot) of dealing with tyre companies and this is why I managed to get the price I did. The old "it's not what you know, it's who you now" syndrome.

After a chat to the manager, whilst my tyres where being fitted (15 mins to do all four - it was like a formula 1 pitsop, car completely off the ground!), he said that he could do them for £78.73 all in per corner for you boys.

The place: Bathwick Tyres in Swindon (Tel 01793 527380)
The contact: Steve Kovacs.

Call him first, as he had to get them in (hence the delay).

He ordered 8 (less my 4) = so has 4 left for now.

I think that's it. Good luck.

PS - had a little bit of drive and they feel real nice.

PPS Just say your a mate of the bloke who came in late on Friday with the black subaru - that's me btw!

regards, Mark.

Hi Mark.

4 gs-d3's fitted and balanced £78.73 each.
Wheel weights on the inside, top service, top establishment, really friendly and helpful bunch of guys.

I'll definately be going there again.

Highly recommended.

Cheers

Adam
