What size discs for 2 pot brakes?

Question

I got myself some two pot calipers to upgrade the ones on my Sport (MY97) which are 1 pot! However, they asre too big for my discs which are 250mm or so. Anyone know the size of the discs to fit the two pots. I reckon they'd be about 276mm.
