I have Pirelli P Zero 225/40 18 on my Scooby.

I only recently purchased the car and when I went to check the pressures the other day I discovered they were at about 50PSI!!! This seems very high as I thought 33 for front and 29 for rear was the norm.

Yes, I was reading PSI!

Anyone tell me what the pressures should be please. I usually drive without any load.

Regards & TIA

John

Thumbs up

how about starting with the figures on the sticker inside the driver's door? tweak as needed to find some that suit your driving style...

Thanks for the reply, that's where i got the 33 for the front and 29 for the rear.

I just wondered whether the P Zero 225/40 18 were some exception!

I have the same size tyres on my UK300 and the new Subaru label covering the original label on the inside of the door says 33 front and rear light load 32, rear heavy load 32 and rear towing 36, although I am running 34 front and 33 rear as this seems to have cut down a bit of the squirm I have been experiencing with the PZero's, especially when the roads are just damp.

Just my two pence worth.
