Default Big brake back plate help

Hi ive ordered a set of big brakes and ive been asked to measure up the following information so i recieve the correct kit this is what im asked below



now ive ordered new backing plates but they arnet here yet and its holding up me ordering the right brake kit and with the coronavirus ordeal i dont want to leave it and find its too late and the company providing the big brakes are then shut so could anybody help advising which kit out of the 3 i need or is it just a case of waiting and measuring when they arrive

Who are you getting the brakes off for that's a familiar diagram and if it's who I think it is you'll have nothing but grief.
