I use pilot sport 4s and can’t fault them especially in the wet and good wear rate 👍🏻 But usually around £100 a corner
I have not used the 4S but I am a fan of Michelin tyres.
Previously used Pilot Sport 2 (great), 3 (too soft sidewalls for my liking) and and Super Sport (fantastic tyre).
Where are the deals from?
I'm on my second set of Pilot Super Sports over 38000 miles on my Spec C, chose them because they were standard on S206 , run with care in winter in south, superb in summer, not too pricey if you hunt around

I found you have to get them pretty warm to get good grip

97Y xl. Only other tyres that I'd consider are Yoko adr08s or the original Bridgestone Re070 that the SpecC was built around, unfortunately only available in Japan in 245/40/18 at about £280 a corner before import. Subaru Japan did use a Dunlop sports tyre as well, all have stiff sidewalls to suit the hatch
