Default Seized Pistons - What are my options?

Hi everyone,

To cut to the chase, I'm currently in Germany with my 04 Blobeye WRX. I've got a long roadtrip starting next Friday (07/09), and I have godspeed grooved discs with me ready to fit. However - the issue is I have seized pistons in my front brake calipers (unsure about the rears as of yet). Being in Germany, postage of new pistons and a seal kit will take a little while and I'd like to get it done before this weekend.

Is it possible for me to remove the pistons and clean them up, refit and have them do another x amount of miles? I don't mind re-doing them when I get back to the UK; as long as they stay free and working for the 1500ish mile roadtrip. What's the process for cleaning these pistons? I've read some conflicting advice, and I know it will depend on the level of pitting; I'll know better when I get them out, but I'd to be prepared before that.

Thanks in advance.
