Default Widest wheels

Hey guys I'm looking to change out my wheels on my widetrack sti but not untill next spring so I have plenty time to decide on a set, I'm looking for a slighty wider set/ change in offset to fill my arches a bit better, what's the widest I could go for without arch modification, I'm also lowered on eibach springs, thanks for any info

Sorry, dont know the answer for a blob, but i think your question should be "widest tyres" rather than "widest wheels".

From the largest tyres that fit the arches you can work back to the wheel needed to sit them on, My guess is its something like a 235 on an 8" rim.

Otherwse you might get someone advising you to go stretched (215 on a 9.5 for example) ...... very bad idea!

Basically I want to know if a 8.5" wide with an offset of 47 (I think) would fit on my widetrack, rota force alloys

I'm running 8.5 inch Rota Force on my widetrack with no issues. Albeit 225/40/18 which is a little small for the rim but I've no doubt 235/40/18 would also clear comfortably. NB the RB320 was fitted with 8.5" ET53 rims as standard with 245/40/18.
