whining/huming noise from rear

no not my rear-but my uk 1999 scooby-it chnges with speed of the car.could it be pads, diff., or bearings? please help .cheers.

Most likely to be a rear wheel bearing. If still under warranty, then your dealer will fix it FOC. They now fit a special "Speedy sleeve" to help prevent future failures.
