bought some black tuner open end nuts a few months ago and starting to rust inside the open part, looking for some open or closed black nuts that wont start rusting as they get scratched when removing with supplied key please oh and that dont break the bank

You'll find that most will rust eventually mate. Despite how careful you are with the keys etc. You definitely want the tuner style nuts? If not, these are quite good:

I've had them on my car now for about 18 months and they still look pretty much good as new. Nice and strong internal drive too.

Can vouch for the black driftworks ones too - had a set of the chrome internal drives and the black internal drives on my Celica for years and the only rust that appeared was from the stud exposed on open end. The other coloured ones (extended open and closed end) from driftworks will rust much quicker, much much quicker lol
